Great Plains Bentonite is a unique naturally occurring mineral source dietary supplement with the proper composition for maximum ability to remove unwanted substances. Bentonite's mechanism of action is physical, due to its colloidal structure and charged particles.
Adults - Shake well before using. Add 1 tablespoon to 8 ounces of liquid once a day. Drink additional fluid during the day. Bentonite can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. To help settle the stomach, bentonite can be taken after a meal.
