Origin USA 

Spearmint, or Mentha Spicata, makes a refreshing, cooling, caffeine free infusion. The plant is a close cousin of Peppermint, though it has a more rapid growth cycle, stemless leaves and flower spikes which are narrow and pointed rather than thick and blunt. Spearmint grows well in nearly all climates.

Suggested use

Brewing Suggestion

?We recommend using mineral or spring water at 180ºF. Use one level teaspoon of leaf for eight ounces of water, and brew for five minutes.
