Sleep Science® NightRest™ combines the powerful properties of melatonin and GABA with key amino acids and soothing herbs. This uniquely comprehensive combination utilizes cutting edge technology and traditional herbalism to create a potent and relaxing nighttime formula.
1 to 2 tablets as desired 30 to 60 minutes before going to sleep. Do not exceed directed use.
Stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, hydroxypropyl cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, acacia gum, silica, and magnesium stearate.
Use only at bedtime. For adult use only. Not for use by children, teenagers, or women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding. If you are under medical supervision, or have an autoimmune disease, diabetes, a depressive disorder, a thyroid condition, epilepsy, leukemia, or a lymphoproliferative disorder, or are taking MAO inhibitor drugs or corticosteroids such as hydrocortisone or prednisone, consult with your physician before using this product. Do not take with alcoholic beverages or when operating machinery or driving a vehicle.
Store in a cool, dry place.
