Pomegranates are native to the area between Iran and northern India. They are a rich red fruit loaded with antioxidants. Source Naturals Pomegranate Extract contains a minimum of 400 mg of ellagic acid per serving. Shown to have a higher antioxidant capacity than red win or green tea, preliminary studies suggest ellagic acid's free-radical scavenging supports DNA integrity and overall cell health.
