Vitamin E is an essential nutrient that offers several benefits. As an antioxidant, vitamin E - which is in foods such as seeds, nuts and leafy greens - helps fight molecules called free radicals. As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegan softgel daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
