We grow a diverse range of mushroom species in our organic indoor farm in Southern California.

Our mushrooms are grown on organic whole oats or sorghum, which provide nutritious "food" for the mushroom mycelium. After completing its lifecycle, we dry the mycelium and fruiting bodies together and nothing gets left behind.
