Melatonin is a nighttime sleep aid for occasional sleeplessness.
Take 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime. No water necessary.
Dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, crospovidone, maltodextrin, glyceryl behenate, sucrose esters of fatty acids, gum arabic, beet root extract, silicon dioxide, artificial flavor, sucralose, menthol.
No: Milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, yeast, preservatives.
