BCAA + G RELOAD™ is the ultimate muscle recovery formula designed for athletes and active individuals who want to build lean muscle, minimize soreness, and exercise longer. It is packed with a precise ratio of BCAAs, Vitamin B6, L-Glutamine, and CarnoSyn® beta-alanine. Together, this formula enables maximum absorption and nitrogen retention for lean muscle maintenance.
The three BCAAs, leucine, valine, and isoleucine, promote muscle synthesis and are burned by muscles as fuel during a workout. Leucine is most important because it triggers protein synthesis and supports lean muscle mass.
