Jarrow Formulas® MCT Oil is a natural source of caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) fatty acids from 100% coconut oil. Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) are nutritious fats that the body can quickly burn for energy. Unlike other long- or short-chain fatty acids that are stored as fat in the body, MCT are easier for the liver to process and metabolize for quick energy. Jarrow Formulas® MCT Oil
Adults take 1 tablespoon once a day on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. Can be mixed into coffee or tea, added to smoothies, shakes, dressings, sauces, or drizzled on food. Do NOT use in frying, owing to low smoke point.
