Meriva® Phytosome™ technology helps improve bioavailability by combining phosphatidylcholine (PC) with concentrated curcumin extract. PC is used in this patented formula as a delivery vehicle which markedly increases absorption. Numerous studies have shown Meriva's curcumin phytosome to have superior bioavailability in contrast to ordinary curcumin.
Adult use: Take 2 capsules daily, with food, or as recommended by a nutritionally-informed physician.
Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications for diabetes or blood thinners, consult your physician before taking Curcumin.
