All-in-one daily multivitamin for men supplement with essential vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D3, E, K2, minerals like calcium, magnesium, and key nutrients like biotin, folate, iodine, iron, omega-3, lutein, and phosphorus, plus zinc, selenium, copper, niacin, and activated minerals. Formulated with whole foods, fermented herbs, probiotics, digestive enzyme blend, and CoQ10.
Adults take 4 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
Methycellulose capsule, potassium chloride, trace minerals (from seawater).
