Mix 1 scoop daily (5 grams♦) in 6-8 fl oz of room temperature water or juice and mix well (for best results, mix in a blender bottle). Drink on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
