A Dozen Cousins Meals

Growing up, our kitchen was a delicious melting pot of Creole, Caribbean and Latin American cuisine. I started A Dozen Cousins to share my favorite dishes using authentic recipes and wholesome ingredients. I named the brand after my daughter, her 11 cousins, and the family dinners we enjoy together. Also, its really fun to say :)

Suggested use

Step 1: Fully coat 1.5 pounds of chicken (or your favorite protein) with one pouch of seasoning sauce.

Step 2: Place your protein in the refrigerator for 15 minutes while you preheat the oven to 400ºF.

Step 3: Bake or grill for 20-40 minutes until the chicken is golden brown or reaches a temperature of 165ºF.

*Time may vary based on the size and type of protein.
