Suggested use
Take 4 capsules daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.

Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dose. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Consult your physician prior to using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.
