Calcium is an important mineral for bone health.
As a calcium supplement, adults take one (1) tablet with any meal, up to twice daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Maltodextrin. Contains 2% of: Croscarmellose sodium, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, peg, polyvinyl alcohol, stearic acid, titanium dioxide.
No added sugar, yeast, preservatives or artificial flavors.
