Simply Organic sells only the superior-flavored flat leaf parsley (Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum), sometimes called Italian parsley. Most suppliers sell the common, weaker-flavored curly leaf parsley because it’s easier to bottle. We take the trouble to fill our bottles with the most flavorful organically grown parsley available.
